Tools for Real Progress

Simple Tools.
Brighter Decisions.

Explore everyday financial scenarios using clear calculators. All seven tools run in your browser; amounts you enter are not transmitted to our server.

Credit Utilization Calculator

Enter your current statement balances and limits. The tool shows each card's utilization and your aggregate utilization. Use the “Add card” button for more accounts.

Utilization is only one of many factors in credit scoring. This calculator does not predict or guarantee any credit score change. Zero-limit entries are excluded from division and flagged for review.

Overall Utilization

22.0%
Total balances$1,100
Total credit limits$5,000

Per-card results will appear here.

Debt-to-Income Ratio Calculator

Compare your monthly debt payments with your monthly gross income. Lenders may define qualifying income and payments differently.

Estimated DTI

37.0%
Monthly debt payments$1,850
Gross monthly income$5,000

This is an arithmetic ratio, not a mortgage qualification decision. Rent typically is not treated as debt in a standard DTI calculation, though housing costs are important for budgeting.

Credit Card Payoff Calculator

Estimate when a fixed monthly payment could pay off a card balance assuming a constant APR, no new purchases or fees, and monthly interest accrual.

Estimated Payoff Timeline

—
Total interest—
Total paid—

Estimates assume monthly interest at APR ÷ 12; real card interest is often calculated daily and may vary.

Debt Snowball vs. Avalanche

Enter at least one debt, its annual rate and minimum payment. Extra funds are applied to the lowest remaining balance (snowball) or highest APR (avalanche). All other minimum payments continue until paid off.

Projections assume constant rates, monthly interest and enough funds to meet all minimums. Extra amounts are carried forward when a debt is paid off. No fees, promotional rates or new borrowing are modeled.

A budget is a planning aid, not a credit score forecast.

Mortgage Payment Calculator

Estimate your monthly home payment, including principal, interest, property taxes, insurance and HOA fees. Example rates are editable assumptions, not live loan offers.

Estimated Monthly Home Payment

—
Loan amount—
Principal & interest / month—
Taxes, insurance & HOA / month—
Total loan interest—
Total principal & interest paid—

Assumes a fixed interest rate and equal monthly payments. Taxes, insurance and HOA costs can change. Mortgage insurance is entered separately; ask your lender for an estimate. Excludes closing costs, maintenance and utilities.

How Much Home Can I Afford?

Start with a monthly housing budget that fits your finances. Estimate a home price using that budget, your down payment and expected housing costs.

Estimated Home Price Within Budget

—
Estimated loan amount—
Principal & interest / month—
Taxes, insurance & HOA / month—
Estimated monthly home payment—

Uses your chosen housing budget, cash down payment and expense estimates. This is a budget scenario, not a loan approval. Property tax is modeled as a percentage of home price. Keep separate funds for closing costs, repairs and emergencies.

Car Loan Calculator
